Newport Village Apartments is a community of 50 townhouse apartments that Caleb purchased in 2010. In the near future, this property will be undergoing weatherization upgrades as well as the addition of a community room and computer learning center for the resident’s use. The Caleb Group provides resident service coordination to assist in linking residents to the services they need within the community.
