This is a partnership with the Lowell Department of Children and Families (DCF) Paige Apartments is a community of 9 one-bedroom apartments designated for young people (ages 18-22) who have extended their relationship with the foster care system and have elected to remain under the supervision of DCF. The Department of Children and Families provides supportive services and guidance to the young people living here. Paige residency is by case worker referral only. This project is made possible through funds provided by the Department of Housing and Community Development, Community Economic Development Assistance Corporation and the City of Lowell Block Grant Program.
We are proud to announce that Paige has welcomed the first group of young residents.
